The Process: Each batch is passionately handcrafted and left to delicately ferment for 10-14 days. 

Ingredients: No artificial flavours, preservatives or sweeteners. Just water, honey from Ku-Ring-Gai National Park & Huntleys Peninsula, raspberry from the Sunshine State and wild eucalyptus radiata, native from South Eastern Australia.

Storage: Refrigerated below 4° C and consumed within 2 days of opening.
