Beesbucha is a non-alcoholic, naturally fermented honey-based drink.
The difference, Beesbucha is a “mead”, a drink made from fermented honey. Our unique handcrafted blend is made with native sustainable honey from Sydney Region richest bush areas, and organic bananas from Baston Farm in QLD.
How to Enjoy: Serve cold, straight or paired with your favourite spirit for a twist.
The Process: Each batch is passionately handcrafted and left to delicately ferment for 10-14 days.
Ingredients: No artificial flavours, preservatives or sweeteners. Just water, honey from Ku-Ring-Gai National Park & Huntleys Peninsula and organic bananas from Baston Farm QLD.
Storage: Refrigerated below 4° C and consumed within 2 days of opening.

I had never tried anything like Beesbucha before, and was honestly blown away. There is so much flavour from just 3 ingredients. I have always liked the idea of kombucha but always find the flavour so bland, the great thing about Beesbucha is that it is so lively and vibrant on the palate. Everything is locally sourced and sustainable - say no to cola and yes to Beesbucha!!!
I ran into Giacomo's workshop in Bondi and was lucky to try this drink in its experimentation phase and afterwards, as a local. I've often told him to hurry up to get to market as its the perfect drink after the beach, or to have at a restaurant or bar when driving. This is a fantastic small business idea, with a fantastic product. Cannot recommend enough!

Hey, I’m Giacomo, a career bartender hailing from Italy, currently running Charlie Parker’s in Paddington.
I’ve been experimenting with flavours my whole life, from growing up in Tuscany, working in high-end bars in London, and finally settling in Sydney.
My life’s passion for discovering new drink techniques has led me to create Beesbucha. A beverage that is delicious, with a proud social conscience.
